This special Paint & Sip experience is designed exclusively for Mother’s Groups or a close-knit circle of mums looking to connect, unwind, and get creative together. It’s a relaxed, bub-friendly workshop where you’ll each create a beautiful, personalised keepsake for your little one.

• Minimum: 7 mums
• Maximum: 15 mums
The recommended age for bubs is under 1 (or before they’re on the move), to allow you enough space and time to focus on painting. However, as this is a private group, you’re welcome to decide what suits your group best — I’ll do my best to offer flexibility.

🎨 What You’ll Create
Each mum will paint a 20cm round personalised door sign for their little one’s nursery, using a palette of calming, curated colours. You’ll choose from one of four popular designs: 🌈 Rainbow | ☀️ Sun | 🍃 Gumleaves | 🎨 Terrazzo
Your baby’s name will be pre-cut in white acrylic with a 3D effect and added toward the end of the workshop, making it a timeless and meaningful keepsake.

🗓 When
Workshops are generally held on Tuesdays or Thursdays — these are my dedicated “bub-free” days. Please chat with your group and come back to me with a couple of preferred date and time options. Need a different day? Just reach out — I’ll do my best to accommodate.

• 2-hour workshop (plus approx. 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for pack down)
• Available between 9am – 4pm

📍Where
This is an in-home workshop, hosted at one of the mums’ houses. To host, you’ll need to provide:
🪑 A table and chairs for all guests
🚰 Access to a nearby sink for water and cleanup
Alternatively, I can help arrange a local venue — venue hire fees are to be covered by your group.
Please note: If you’re located outside of the Perth metro area, a travel fee may apply (to be discussed).

Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of this event, refunds or transfers cannot be provided within 10 days of the workshop. This covers pre-prepared materials and catering from third-party providers. If you or your bub are unwell on the day, I’ll happily paint your sign for you and arrange a collection or delivery.

Your ticket includes everything you need for a relaxing and creative experience:

Freshly brewed from a local café – because every mum deserves a hot drink she didn’t have to reheat.

Delicious sweet and savoury nibbles provided by local favourite Little Baker Mum.
🎨 All painting materials provided
You’ll receive a 20cm round wooden door sign from Jenna Rose Designs, along with all paints, brushes and supplies needed to bring your chosen design to life (example shown in image).
🏠 A Bub-Friendly Experience, Right at Home
This private workshop will be hosted in the home of one of the lovely mums in your group, creating a relaxed, familiar space where everyone can feel comfortable. You’ll have plenty of flexibility to tend to your baby throughout the session, with no pressure and a warm, supportive environment.
If the host’s home isn’t suitable, a venue can be arranged separately by the organiser and at the group’s expense.

We’ll send all the important info — including parking, pram space, and setup suggestions — one week before the workshop so you feel fully prepared on the day.

No Painting Experience Needed
You don’t need to be an artist to join in — absolutely no painting skills required! I’ll guide you step-by-step through the whole process, so all you need to bring is an open mind and a love for getting creative.
This workshop is relaxed and flexible, with plenty of space and time to tend to your little one as needed. You’re free to move around, feed, settle or cuddle as the morning flows.
🎨 A quick note on clothes:
While aprons are provided, paint can be sneaky! We recommend wearing something comfy that you won’t mind getting a little creative mess on.

At Jenna Rose Designs, every effort is made to ensure your workshop experience is enjoyable and stress-free. Please take a moment to read the following terms before booking:
Cancellations & Refunds
• A full refund is available if cancellation is made at least 10 days prior to the workshop and the group minimum of 7 participants is met.
• Cancellations made within 10 days are non-refundable due to the preparation of personalised materials and catering.
• Can’t attend? You’re welcome to gift your ticket to someone else. Please notify me at jennarosedesigns@outlook.com.au with the new guest’s details.
Health & Safety
• If you test positive for COVID-19 or are a close contact within 10 days of the event, our standard cancellation policy still applies.
• While this is a bub-friendly workshop, parents/guardians are fully responsible for their child’s safety and care throughout the session.
Clothing & Creativity
• Painting can get messy — Jenna Rose Designs is not responsible for any damage to clothing. Please dress comfortably and be prepared for a little creative chaos.
Private Home Venue Disclaimer
• As the workshop takes place in the private home of one of the attendees, Jenna Rose Designs is not liable for any damage to the property or belongings during the workshop.
• Please be respectful of the host’s space and assist in leaving the area as it was found.

Great to do something creative again!
We had an amazing private session with our mum group. It was great bonding time for all of us an Jenna went above and beyond making sure our projects looked perfect, she is very knowledgeable and has tonnes of tricks up her sleeve even if you aren't the best artist in town x
The recent session with Jenna provided our mothers' group with a delightful experience. The event was both enjoyable and relaxing. I'm lucky to have tried a bunch of the mums and bubs experiences around Perth from yoga, Pilates, massages and baby spa, etc and I have to say Jenna's workshop was one of the most fun! Not being a very skilled painter I was nervous, but Jenna's guidance and help when you need it made the painting bit a breeze and given coffee is like liquid gold for sleep deprived mums, I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable outing with baby. The set up made it easy to socialise with the other parents and I love that you walk away with something for bub. I would definitely recommend to all my mum (and even dad!) friends.
Our mother’s group had a wonderful morning with Jenna! The workshop was so well organised and run, she has thought of everything, and everyone in our group made something beautiful. Jenna is such a friendly and flexible facilitator, and understands the unpredictability of having a group of 4-month olds ! Little touches such as making sure every mum and bub has a photo together really make the morning very special. Would definitely reccommend to other groups, thanks Jenna!
