HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

Jenna Rose Designs only ships to Australia. Painting orders are shipped with Australia Post and can take 8-10 days once dispatched from Perth, Western Australia. Our Nursery Decor & Canvas Prints are purchased through our suppliers, which can take up to 35 days to be delivered. All orders can be tracked. Please note delays during transit may occur from time to time in which Jenna Rose Designs cannot be held responsible for. 

CAN I ORGANISE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

Yes, when you place your order you can enter the delivery address details, which can be different from your home address.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is free for all products on our website. 

ARE THE PRICES FOR PRODUCTS INCLUSIVE OF GST?

We do not charge GST on our items. 

CAN I REQUEST EXPRESS SHIPPING FOR MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot do express shipping for our products.
