The round wooden art boards are made from premium MDF and the paint used is acrylic. 

The art boards and names are made in a warehouse in Perth using a CNC machine and the boards are then painted and glued together in my art studio.

Please also know that although every effort is made to photograph our signs accurately, color may differ slightly from photos due to lighting and different monitor settings. If it is a very specific colour that you desire, please contact me with any questions about the colour prior to your purchase so that I can work with your parameters. 

Absolutely! Place your custom order and then send us photos for reference and we will do our best to assist you. 

We carefully select fonts that work well with the particular design of the painting, however, if there is a particular font that you are looking for, please send me an email to jennarosedesigns@outlook.com.au describing the font you would like e.g. print, cursive etc and we will do our best to bring your vision to life.

We will send out a font mock up for your approval after your purchase. If you are unhappy with what we provide, we will work with you until we find a font that you are happy with. 

We allow a 24-hour cancellation window for our customers. Once we begin production on your custom name sign, we can no longer offer cancellations as each sign is personalised. 

If you have purchased a door sign, we recommend either double sided-tape or a command strip so that the disc lies flat against the door, giving it more support for when the door is opened and closed.

We are not liable for any damages made by doors being slammed.

If you have purchased a personalised wall painting, we recommend using a single hook drilled into the wall, as the painting comes with an inbuilt ledge, ready to hang onto a hook. If this is not possible, you can purchase 3M command strips. The weights of the paintings are outlined below to assist with the decision on how you would like to hang your painting.
