Free standard shipping applies to orders that include personalised prints & nursery decor, this excludes our paintings. We do not offer express shipping at this time.

We offer standard shipping Australia wide for our paintings. Price is dependent on the size ordered.

15cm - 30cm painting - $12.00

40cm - 50cm painting - $15.00

60cm - 80cm painting - $20.00

How long will my order take?

All paintings need to pre-ordered and can take up to 2 weeks to make. Once shipped, paintings can take up to 5-16 business days.

All nursery decor and personalised prints are shipped directly from our international suppliers. All stock orders dispatch in 1-3 business days and shipping can take up to 4 weeks. You will receive an email once shipped so you can track your order.

Click & Collect - Perth

Can I collect my order?

If you are local to Perth and would like to collect your painting order from our collection point in Manning, Perth - simply select 'Pick Up' at checkout. Please note that collection is for our paintings only, any nursery decor or prints will need to be purchased separately as they will need to be shipped from our supplier.

You'll receive an email confirming the address once your order is ready for collection. If you can't see the email, please check your junk/spam in case it has been filtered there. The person collecting will need to present the proof of purchase to collect your goods. Orders will be ready within 2 weeks of your purchase date.

Please note this is a collection location only. There are no facilities to make amendments to your order or alternative stock to purchase.

Change of mind

Can I change my mind on my order?

As our products are personalised, once we’ve begun processing your request, it makes it very difficult to offer any changes. If you change your mind within the first 24 hours of your purchase, please contact us by email at jennarosedesigns@outlook.com.au immediately and we can discuss any changes you would like to make.

Can I return my purchased goods?

T&Cs | As a lot of our products are personalised, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If you have ANY issues with your order, please send an email to jennarosedesigns@outlook.com.au within 3 days of receiving the item(s). I will use the recorded date & time on the tracking info from your shipping for reference.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send an email if your delivered product is defective or damaged and ensure you include photos of the product for review.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds | Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If the item you received is not of acceptable quality or if there's a mistake, we would absolutely want to resolve this for you. Please get in contact by email to discuss your order. Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

Please note | We do not refund the original postage amount, or the cost to return your product to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once the painting has been received, we are not liable for any damages done during the installation or use of the painting to the wall or door.

It is NOT recommended to hang a sign above an area where a child will be unattended.
