The 3D white acrylic letters are 3mm thick and painted to the colour displayed in the picture.

The door signs are made out of MDF and are 3mm thick. They have a flat surface making it really light to stick to your door. Our customers have been using either command strips or blu tack to stick the product to their door. We leave the decision up to you as you know your environment better than anyone else. Please note that we are not responsible for any damages that occur after the arrival of your door sign.

Wall Paintings are also made out of 3mm MDF with a 6mm round ring attached on the back for easy hanging on a hook, giving the sides of the art piece a 9mm thickness. They are quite light so could be hung using a command hook if renting, otherwise a permanent screw is recommended for hanging.

The back of these door signs are unfinished with a branded ‘Jenna Rose Designs’ logo on the back. If you would like the back finished please contact and we can send you a custom listing.

The scale of the name on your painting may be larger or smaller than the picture shown. This is because the width of the names is measured from the beginning of the first letter to the end of the last letter of the middle name, which means letters in shorter names will always be taller in height than longer names. If you have a longer name than shown in the example, we recommend purchasing a larger sized round board.

The font we have carefully selected to suit the painting design, however, if you would prefer another font than what is pictured, please message directly to arrange. 

Our designs are made to order and so can take 1-2 weeks to make. 

We ship from Perth, Western Australia using Sendle, so shipping can take 8-10 business days depending on where you are located within Australia. We currently only ship within Australia.

We will send a font proof of the design for you to approve. After we have sent you the proof, if we don’t hear back from you within 24 hours, we will proceed as shown. Once the proof is approved all colour and font selection are final as we move it directly into production.

Please also know that although every effort is made to photograph our paintings accurately, colour may differ slightly from photos due to lighting and different monitor settings. Please contact me with any questions about the colour prior to your purchase.
