The City of South Perth supported me within their Community Funding Program in January 2023, to host a series of community painting workshops, inviting members of the South Perth community to join me in completing a large scale canvas of the Manning Community Centre.

Participants as young as 3 years of age joined me as we surrounded the canvas with up to 10 people at a time.

This painting was a proud moment for me, as I had the opportunity to bring so many people together over my love for painting. I was so impressed by the talent in the room, especially from the little ones.

In total, we had 80 people collaboratively working on it in the space of 8 workshops over 4 days.

The painting was on display in the Manning Library for 3 months, before being transferred to a permanent home in a local business/organisation.
